ADEXO USA CEO, Adebowale Walle Amusa – BSc. MBA, is a national sought-after resource on diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. He has participated in numerous disparity studies for the City of St. Louis, The Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD), Dade County, Florida, and others.

As president and principal-in-charge, he provides client coordination on contractual items, management oversight for policies, procedures and standards on programs and contracts. He provides continuous executive evaluations, verifications, reviews and day-to-day guidance on critical matters.  He is responsible for communicating with key project leaders and maintaining both schedule and budget.  In addition to his program related expertise, he has managed the company’s largest and most challenging projects. 

Amusa has more than 45 years of combined experience in the fields of community organizing, public policy and procedures, business/workforce diversity and inclusion programs, and quality education issue advocacy campaigns. He is uniquely qualified to provide insight into the nuances, problems, prospects and social complexities of the tough frontiers of construction and urban public education issues. 

He is the winner of numerous community service awards including, but not limited to, the St. Louis Martin Luther King Holiday Committee Award; the State of Missouri Martin Luther King Jr. Human Rights Award; Better Family Life Community Service Award; MOKAN Diversity Advocate of the Year Award; and others. He served on the Board of Directors of St. Louis Construction Prep Center, Better Family Life, Inc., A Call to Oneness; St. Louis Chapter of the NAACP; and as Founder and Co-Chair of the Campaign for Human Dignity.
